    This page informs you about the terms and conditions on which EOL Trading Ltd supply any of the products on our site. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, you will be unable to use our site fully.

    Please read these terms and conditions before ordering any Products from EOL Trading Ltd. When creating an account and placing an order, you will be asked to agree to these terms and conditions by clicking a box beside a continue icon. If you do not accept these terms and conditions by ticking this box, you will be unable to use our site and order products from EOL Trading Ltd

  • Site Availability

  • In the unlikely event we may suspend access to our site to carry out routine work or emergency repairs.

  • Delivery

  • Two working day processing Time

  • Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed, however at EOL Trading Ltd we make every effort to deliver your products on or before the estimated delivery date.

  • TRACK YOUR ORDER

  • At EOL , we normally ship items within 24 hours of purchase. Products that require upgrades or software installation can take up to 48 hours to ship. We use business post for carton deliveries; Palletline for pallets and Parcelforce /DPD for parcel consignments.

  • DELAYS:

  • Providing it’s a standard order, your delivery should arrive the next day. However, delays can happen. EOL have no control over unforeseen consignment delays, but we will do our best to help you track your order. You can contact us on 01612732592 or by email: todea@eoltrading.co.uk

  • RE-DELIVERY:

  • If you aren’t in to receive your delivery, the carrier should leave a card so you can contact them to arrange re-delivery. If you do not contact the carrier or EOL, your order will be returned to us, and re-delivery may incur further charges.

    In the event that you are not home when Parcelforce try to deliver your order, they will leave a card and try again the next day. For more info, see Parcelforce Help page.   • Risk And Title:

  • Once full payment is received you will hold full ownership over your products and when delivered they are at your risk.

  • Price And Payment:

  • The prices as seen on our site are the full cost of the product including VAT. Delivery costs will be added on through the checkout process. these will vary due to the different options available. We accept payment with the following credit or debit cards listed on our site.

    1. Cards accepted: Credit/Debit Cards.
    2. We can also accept PayPal payments.
    3. By submitting an order to us through our site, you agree that the payment details provided by yourselves on your order are valid and correct, and that when EOL Trading Ltd (Rightclickit) process the completion of the order full payment will be received.
  • Returns And Refunds Policy:

  • If you return an item to us you return it at your own costs and ensure that when EOL Trading Ltd (Rightclickit) receive your return that it is in the correct state as when we sent the item to you. Refund will be made if necessary.
    This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective Products.

  • Viruses, Hacking and Other offences:

  • You must not misuse our site by introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or other material which is malicious or harmful.
    If you breach this provision, you may commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach of the provision to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.

  • Entire Agreement:

  • These terms and conditions contain the whole agreement between EOL Trading Ltd (Rightclickit) and you relating to the supply of Products.

  • Our Right To Vary These Terms And Conditions:

  • EOL Trading Ltd (Rightclickit) may change and revise these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us and/or use our Site.

  • Warranty (Returns & Refunds):

  • All items are sold with a month RTB warranty unless otherwise stated so please check the listing carefully before bidding. RTB is a Return to Base warranty which means you are liable for getting the item back to our Manchester warehouse for inspection.
    All damages, shortages, claims or discrepancies MUST be notified to the supplier by an eBay message within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

    All Items with 1 Year Warranty have Hardware Warranty no Software Include, if you have any Problem with Items Please contact us with Ebay message, Customer Need to send Items back to our Manchester warehouse, we will Fix the item and send back to Customer if we can’t fix will send the Replacement,

    Additional warranty can be purchased upon ordering, please contact us for more information.

    Returns In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if something is just not quite right please don't worry, get in touch as soon as possible and allow us to rectify your problem. It is appreciated wherever possible initial contact is made directly to RightclickIT through an eBay message.

    Most issues customers face are user/software/start up/activation issues and can generally be sorted swiftly. However, If you do need to return your purchase may we ask for you to return your item securely in the original packaging provided.

    RightclickIT will collect all returns recorded within 48 hours FOC. Please note serial numbers for all assets are fully recorded and any 'foreign' items will be immediately rejected. RightclickIt is proud of its excellent customer service and your complete satisfaction is our number one priority.
